YOUR IMPACT 

Your focus is on delivering white glove application run service that meets SLA and ensures excellent customer experience considering budgetary frame.

Your daily activities include management of customer relationships from a services delivery perspective at multiple, assigned customers. Leveraging your experience, you help developing new services as well as the respective go to market assets. 

 

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS 

  • As a Senior Service Manager you will be responsible for large Managed Services Programs regarding the management of OpenText applications at our enterprise customers 

  • This includes responsibility for service quality, budget, and margin

  • Analyzing customer requests & escalations and developing solutions in collaboration with various teams at OpenText (such as Customer Support, Professional Services, Client Management and Sales)

  • Coordinating service delivery activities across our internal delivery teams as well as subcontractors
  • Motivating, developing and mentoring other service delivery staff

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

  • A successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role within an enterprise environment 

  • Strong customer focus and the ability to operate at a senior management level, stakeholder management
  • Proven service management skills including leading and managing delivery teams within an offshore environment
  • Experience in managing budgets and meeting margin targets

  • Relevant certification (e.g. ITIL) 

  • Very communication and presentation skills in German and English
