Junior Client Service Manager (m/f/d)

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry level candidate to gain valuable work experience within a global organization. You will be assisting our Client Service Manager team to ensure business critical changes, required by our customers, are met through thorough understanding of business requirements and objectives, conveying details into the change management tools and monitoring delivery within service level agreements.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and deliver regular program status updates and service performance 
  • Facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship with client(s) representing OpenText in all customer-facing communications with complete professionalism and integrity 
  • Identify areas of improvement and supporting all existing contracted services 
  • Formulate and take corrective actions to mitigate deviations to the program plans and alerts Principal Service Delivery Manager or management of potential problems when appropriate

 

What it takes

  • Capable of working in a global organization, good administrative skills 
  • Strong organizational and communications skills, including ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
  • Experience within a customer facing role and generating trust and respect of clients
  • Good general knowledge of IT systems and environments, ideally EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and collaboration tools
  • Aptitude to make decisions as well as ability to work collaboratively within a global delivery team.
