Associate Collections Specialist and Bookkeeper

The Opportunity:


CloudAlly is a leading hi-tech company looking to welcome a Collection Specialist and bookkeeper to assist the CFO. As a Collection Specialist and bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts receivable operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in overseeing the accuracy of the entire accounts receivable process, including all aspects of collections, resolving customer invoice issues, and accuracy in accounts receivable aging.


What you will do: 


  • Produce invoices for customers and business partners.
  • Be the designated point person and accountable for applying the payments to the customer accounts, accurately and timely.
  • Deal with collections.
  • Identify and resolve exception transactions and prepare or assist in corrections to resolve all errors and exceptions.
  • Post daily cash receipts and resolution of any internal and external customer account inquiries regarding cash applications.
  • Address payment issues and other discrepancies such as overpayments, short payments, forex adjustments, etc. 
  • Track customer charges and handle credit card charges.
  • Prepare and send customer statements.


What you will bring: 


  • Proven experience with Accounts receivables.
  • Finance area of study preferred.
  • English speaking skills, highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong service-oriented mindset and pleasant attitude.
  • Proven experience performing and completing tasks independently.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong team player.
  • Experience and proficiency working with Microsoft Excel.
  • ERP experience is an advantage.
