AppRiver|Zix provides cloud-based solutions that protect small- and mid-sized businesses worldwide from existing and evolving cybersecurity threats.

We are hiring a Channel Account Manager for the BeNeLux. 
The Channel Account Manager is responsible for new Channel Partner acquisition and management of existing Channel Partners. This will include Partner training and education, in-person and web meetings, attending events and Industry Peer Groups. You will be part of our successful International Team reporting into the VP of International Sales. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Sales individual that can demonstrate a track record in growing technology within the Channel with MSP’s, VAR’s and strategic technology Partners.     


What you will be doing 

  • New Partner acquisition working with Sales Engineering, Marketing and Events teams to grow MSP’s. Articulating the value of the AppRiver|Zix Partnership.  
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with AppRiver|Zix’s Channel Prospects and Partners, building relationships at all levels
  • Effectively manage your accounts and channel sales pipeline to achieve sales goals. Reporting accurate forecasting to International VP
  • Upsell and cross sell services to partners 
  • Enable Prospects and Partners through training and education on sales, customer service, products, markets, technical knowledge, programs and branded collateral
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process and call upon others to assist as needed in solution development, proposal delivery, product demos and implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 
  • It will be important to be fully aligned to Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Management and Technical Support teams 
  • Enjoy being an integral part of a great International Team!


Experience / Skills 

  • Must have Channel Sales experience recruiting and growing MSP’s. Demonstrating a successful track record in this category and ability to build out a new region. 
  • Understanding Email Cybersecurity, Data Compliance and Microsoft 365 technology and backup will be advantageous. 
  • Understanding regional market trends, challenges, competitive landscape to report back to VP of International Sales
  • Technical aptitude with strong presentation skills. The ability to present a value proposition deck to prospective Partners.
  • The ability to maintain a strong pipeline and deliver an accurate monthly forecast in a fast-paced, commission-driven sales environment
  • Proficient in customer relationship management systems and MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Attending Channel trade shows, Partner and company events (travel required)
