Cloud Services Program Manager (m/f/d)
 

You are independently responsible for executing all aspects of OpenText Managed Review projects, including following all workflows and guidelines included in the OpenText Review Management Handbook, project planning, overall client satisfaction, project management related to the review, project team selection (with assistance from admin/recruiter), review team training, preparation of conflicts forms, management of review team performance/execution, workflows, and assignments, all client communications, quality control supervision and preparation of all reports. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Independently lead every OpenText Managed Review project.

  • Lead team meetings with the assigned review team.

  • Provide effective individual reviewer feedback during Individual Sample QC meetings.

  • Prepare QC folders (and searches related to same) and handoff folders.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of OpenText Axcelerate and Insights, functionality including Coding, Searching, Filtering, Foldering, and Dynamic Folders.

  • Prepare and distribute accurate client-facing reports.

  • Supervise the entire review process including Review, QC, Handoff, and Production.

  • Create project plans defining the scope of work including lists of deliverables and deadlines, scheduling, resource allocation, reporting, and budgets and execute these plans both directly and through the leadership of others.

  • Ensure work product of assigned review team meets the standards of quality set forth in project plan and adhere to the quality standards established by the review management team.

  • Work with Professional Services to develop custom workflows designed to optimize efficiency in the preparation of data and review.

  • Effectively work with other units from Professional Services, Product Services, Product Operations, Training, and our Clients and their Outside Counsel to ensure delivery of first-class customer service and eDiscovery management.

  • Maintain all necessary documentation in the performance of your work including required project reporting, Decision Logs, Quality Control Logs, Third Party Lists, and Project Closeout Reports.

Qualifications

  • Passed first and second state exams or equivalent from a European university.

  • Active bar membership in one European country 

  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills in English and one European language.

  • Working knowledge of litigation lifecycle, EDRM, litigation document review and workflows, complex searches related to litigation, Technology Assisted Review and Continuous Active Learning.

  • Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to individuals with varying degrees of technological skills.

  • Certified Axcelerate User and certified Project Management Professional are beneficial

  • Training or certification in IT environments and applications is a plus
