Cloud Data Processing Analyst - eDiscovery

We are looking for an eDiscovery Processing Engineer to join our UK eDiscovery team. The role covers all areas related processing and other data operations including staging data, media management, data loading and troubleshooting. This successful candidate will work with Project Managers and technical support staff to provide the expertise required to deliver litigation support, consulting and troubleshooting directly to high value accounts. The role will require good communication to the team in relation to completed tasks, issues and current statuses. Work prioritisation and multi-tasking is a key part of this role.


General Requirements:


•             Must be Resident in the UK and able to work remotely.

•             Must hold a valid Visa to work in the UK.

•             Must be able to pass Basic DBS check.

•             Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance.


Required Skills / Responsibilities


●             Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)

●             Experience processing data with Nuix, Relativity, LAW or other leading products is essential.

●             Experience creating, modifying, and exporting data within litigation support software a plus.

●             Make necessary modifications to deliverables using Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL, and others.

●             Analyse and quality assurance of data for consistency and required formats.

●             Evidence Image extraction using industry standard software such as Encase.

●             Responsible for the proper handling of client data ensuring audit trails and chain of custody are maintained.

●             Will stage and process data into our client’s repositories.

●             Ability to perform second level quality assurance on processed data.

●             Analysis of processing reports and resolution of exceptions to ensure final product quality.

●             Prepare and upload client third party productions utilizing the data handling tools in Axcelerate.

●             Understanding of database concepts and searching.

●             Working knowledge of job-related computer software (Encase, VeraCrypt, and others)

●             Strong knowledge of common litigation support tools used for processing, productions, OCR, and other common industry tasks.
