The Opportunity:
This role is a part of the Professional Services Lead Consultant Documentum/Captiva in Latin America.


What you will be doing:
As Principal Consultant, Professional Services for LATAM, you will:
-Design and prepare architecture of projects 
-Troubleshooting and Performance Tunning
-Support Documentum and Captiva environments 
-Assist deployment of code in QA, staging and production
-Perform administration of servers on all environments
-Coordinate with all the concerned teams involved


You are great at:
•Consultancy skills, being able to understand customer needs and translate it into technical actions
•Good written and spoken communication skills (Portuguese MUST)
•Fluency in English and Spanish intermediate Level
•Troubleshooting skills
•Fast learning skills
•Self-management skills, being able to self-manage his/her time and tasks to accomplish with project goals, reporting the progress of his/her tasks.


Specific Technical Requirements:
•OpenText Documentum products as Server, D2, xCP, Capital Projects, Assets Operations, among others 
•Open Text Intelligent Capture (), as Batch and Realtime Services   
•Operating Systems Windows - 2008/2012/2016/2019 Server, Unix, Linux versions
•RDBMS/Tools SQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
•Web/Application Servers Tomcat 8, 9+ JBoss, Weblogic
•Web Servers Apache, IIS
•LDAP and Active Directory integrations
•Debug day to day issues as a part of support
•Troubleshoot and solve technical problems


Desirably Technical Requirements:

 -Review and provide feedback on architecture and infrastructure designs 
-Install patches on components 
-Applications Tunning to improve performance and efficiency
-Install Application Servers, Data Bases, Web Servers and Open Text products
-Maintain and develop existing
-IDE/Development Tools NetBeans, Eclipse
-TCP/IP, Load balancer, Firewalls and network advanced knowledge
-JAVA Development (Webservices, Rest, Servlet, etc), .NET
Good written and spoken communication skills to present solutions to technical and management levels
