The Opportunity: Director Professional Services – eDiscovery Services


Position Overview: #LI-Remote

Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Director, Professional Services, the Director has several key responsibilities, namely:
•    Lead the eDiscovery Services Team and delivery of projects measured against customer commitments, delivery processes and team KPIs
•    Work with the broader LegalTech Business Unit and OpenText community to drive go to market (GTM) strategy, develop solutions, build internal competencies and deliver thought leadership to achieve business growth
•    Deliver business workshops and solutioning, providing subject matter expertise in eDiscovery and implementation of solutions that cover the entire EDRM
•    Develop outcome-oriented customer proposals meeting their value requirement, assisting in closing business for the Practice and establishing long-term relationships with our customers
•    Develop the team to become a world-class eDiscovery Services Provider, managing individual career paths, performance plans, and team culture
•    Actively participate in management of the Practice, contributing to achieving strategic imperatives, goals and KPIs
•    Present our technologies, solutions and expert team members in webinars, panels, publications, and other forums


Position Requirements: 

•    BS Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience 
•    Demonstrable track record of success and achievement in managing teams delivering complex software solutions
•    Good understanding of advanced legal technologies and workflows
•    You have excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills giving you the ability to creatively solve challenging business issues and recommend viable solutions
•    A skilled communicator, collaborator and presenter, you build meaningful internal and external relationships and represent the interests of the team effectively.
•    You have a deep understanding of what Professional Services and Customer Success excellence looks like, both quantitatively and qualitatively.


Special Working Conditions/Demands (optional):

•    Some travel may be required
•    There may be occasional need to work outside of conventional hours (either due to the customer undertaking work out of hours that requires PM involvement, or to co-ordinate with worldwide OpenText teams in different time zones)
