As a Sales Director, Enterprise Content Services at OpenText, you will be instrumental in leading our efforts to drive digital transformation for our customers. This role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact by managing strategic plans, motivating a high-performing sales team, and ensuring customer success. You'll play a key role in guiding some of the largest companies in the world through their digital journey, leveraging our comprehensive and integrated product suites. • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exemplary service and support across your region.
• Lead and direct a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales quota targets.
• Develop, implement, and measure regional sales strategies and plans with accurate forecasts.
• Assist in sales efforts, legal contracting, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Attract, engage, and retain a team of high-performing Account Executives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching, conduct performance reviews, and ensure the team’s professional growth.
• Participate in headquarter/regional planning and training activities to align with broader company strategies.
• Encourage innovative approaches to solving customer challenges and improving sales processes.


• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Significant enterprise software sales experience with prior sales leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Enterprise Information Management market, its competitors, partners, and related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
• Passion for leading a team and driving results through others.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to manage strategic plans with partner and company executives.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, employ creative decision-making, and achieve results.
• Knowledge of key accounts and connections within the region is an asset.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Estimated Base Salary: $200,000 USD – $225,000 USD
