GERMAN & FRENCH SPEAKING Lead Solutions Consultant (m/f/d) – Enterprise Content Services

 

This is what you can expect from us:

 

• Development of solution approaches for our customers' requirements in close cooperation with the key account managers
• Presentation of solutions and business cases both at senior business level and in front of technically demanding interlocutors
• Work closely with sales to identify sales opportunities and account planning
• Supporting sales in qualifying new “opportunities” based on the existing customer relationship, the consistency of the solution with the requirements and the competitive situation
• Development and creation of product demonstrations and feasibility studies for the respective customer requirements
• Support in responding to tenders and responsibility for the planning and implementation of “proof of concept” as well as the coordination of supporting colleagues from different departments
• Represent OpenText at trade shows and industry events
• Continuous improvement of existing products and processes
• Interface function between our technical departments and sales

This is what we expect from you:

• A successfully completed degree (computer science, mathematics or equivalent), part-time specialist training with a focus on computer science or relevant professional experience
• Presales professional experience in the IT and sales environment with a focus on software solutions
• Very good knowledge of enterprise content management solutions
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce applications as well as Microsoft ecosystems
• Knowledge of IT architecture, cloud, cloud migration approaches and application integrations
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and conditions and to build a solid network
• Enjoyment of new technologies and constant development
• Very good presentation skills in German, French and English
• Natural sense of personal responsibility and good analytical skills to solve complex challenges efficiently.
• Willingness to travel (primarily Switzerland) and a valid driving license.
