Your Impact

As Global Director ADM Presales Solutions Consulting, you will be integral to leading and creating a vision on how to bring the OpenText DevOps Cloud Platform to market and how to build, demonstrate, and position the multi-solution platform to partners and customers.  Your responsibilities will be to manage and continuously build an A + global distributed team. You will recruit, develop, and provide the necessary leadership, vision, and support to ensure the transfer of vision, knowledge, skills, and mindset the team needs to exceed their regional goals and quarterly targets. 


What the Role Offers

  • Presales Solutions Consulting Leadership. Presales solutions technical experience in on-premise, hybrid and cloud solutions
  • Working closely with Sales leadership and Account Executives to understand quarterly business goals and to ensure the focus and management of the Presales team to align with these goals. 
  • Value Management team helping develop ROI metrics and reporting for both operational and Sales Management on likely customer success
  • Managing team performance, ensuring the retention of key team members and management of under-performing team members 
  • Proactive with Customers, the AE and the partner community to develop Customer Experience value propositions for individual customers and vertical sectors.


What You Need to Succeed

  • 10+ years direct enterprise software (or related) presales support experience. 5+ years of managing technical presales team 
  • Experience in Dynamic Document, Web, Forms and Experience Management technologies are a must.  
  • Proficiency in a wide range of DevOps tools and technologies, including but not limited to: Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Configuration Management (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform). Cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with the SDLC and various testing methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps
  • Understanding of Enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, etc.)
  • Developed and executed presales strategies resulting in [X]% revenue growth year-over-year.
  • Ability to travel 50%
