Investor Relations Analyst, Corporate Access

Reporting to the Manager of Investor Relations, we are a seeking a team player with two to four year years of Wall Street experience in capital markets sales or corporate access. The individual will leverage their existing Wall St relationships to be an integral part of the team supporting the IR department’s global initiatives to further tell the OpenText story. 



  • Help build global awareness of the OpenText story with the investment community to access additional investment capital in new markets
  • Leverage existing Wall Street relationships to coordinate meetings/calls with sell-side, buy-side and OpenText SVP and VP IR, as well as OpenText senior executives
  • Support the department’s investor engagement strategy by conducting outbound calls and emailing meeting opportunities to target investors
  • Expand the OpenText IR outreach opportunity with Asia and Europe based institutional investors
  • Collaborate with 3rd party targeting firms to help refine, qualify and rank global lists of perspective investors
  • Work with broker/dealer corporate access teams to cross leverage their client relationships
  • Assist with maintaining and tracking investor/analyst interactions, mapping targeting strategies to global contact lists
  • Flexible, remote based hours to allow outreach to targets in different geographic time zones
  • Support other initiatives and IR team projects as needed, offer continued insight on ESG and broader competitive positioning for accessing investment capital in new markets



  • University degree or College diploma
  • 2-4 years of Wall Street experience in Capital Markets Sales or Corporate Access
  • Experience or strong familiarity with software or technology industries
  • Motivated team player who can work independently, supporting outreach in various time zones
  • Deadline driven, ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, flexible and detail oriented
