Working with an outstanding team of consultants and subject matter experts, the OpenText xECM Consultant must be a professional who has an interest in how business processes work and interact with technology in order to deliver world-class Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions that enable clients to become highly effective businesses. This will be a virtual role based in North America. 


WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS 

 

  • Communicating and collaborating using strong presentation/oral and written communication skills
  • Leading formal, content management requirements and design workshops
  • Validating and documenting detailed content management requirements, and translating requirements into designs that integrate OpenText’s Content Suite Platform with SAP and other leading applications
  • Implementing business solutions based on OpenText xECM for SAP and Content Server to ensure end-to-end successful system and scenario testing prior to business user hand off. 
  • Supporting unit and user acceptance testing
  • Writing and creating clear and concise technical documentation based on requirements and solutions
  • Working in both large and small team environments both virtually and at client sites
  • Contributing to work estimates, designs, and the development of project plans.
  • Assisting Sales and Pre-Sales teams throughout the sales cycle in an advisory capacity

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • Working knowledge of SAP ECC, S4/HANA with technical knowledge of ABAP development
  • Nice to have - Working knowledge of OpenText Content Suite Platform at an integration level as well as system administration and power user level.
  • Working knowledge on configuring and creating Business Workspaces, Perspectives, workflows, and WebReports.
  • Working knowledge of OpenText Directory Services
  • Technical knowledge of customizing in SAP GUI and FIORI
  • Technical knowledge of OpenText APIs (Content Web Services, REST API etc…)
  • Nice to have but not required - Bilingual (English and Canadian French)

CE QUE LE RÔLE OFFRE

 

  1. Communiquer et collaborer en utilisant de solides compétences en matière de présentation, de communication orale et écrite.
  2. Animation d'ateliers formels, de gestion de contenu et de conception
  3. Valider et documenter les exigences détaillées en matière de gestion de contenu, et traduire les exigences en conceptions qui intègrent la plate-forme de suite de contenu d'OpenText à SAP et à d'autres applications de premier plan
  4. Mettre en œuvre des solutions d'entreprise basées sur OpenText xECM pour SAP et Content Server afin d'assurer la réussite de bout en bout des tests de système et de scénarios avant le transfert de l'utilisateur professionnel.
  5. Prise en charge des tests d'acceptation unitaire et utilisateur
  6. Rédiger et créer une documentation technique claire et concise basée sur les exigences et les solutions
  7. Travailler dans des environnements de grandes et de petites équipes, à la fois virtuellement et sur les sites des clients
  8. Contribuer à l'estimation des travaux, à la conception et à l'élaboration des plans de projet.
  9. Assister les équipes commerciales et avant-vente tout au long du cycle de vente en tant que conseil

  1. Connaissance pratique de SAP ECC, S4/HANA avec connaissance technique du développement ABAP
  2. Connaissance pratique de la plate-forme OpenText Content Suite au niveau de l'intégration ainsi qu'au niveau de l'administration système et de l'utilisateur expérimenté.
  3. Connaissance pratique de la configuration et de la création d'espaces de travail d'entreprise, de perspectives, de flux de travail et de rapports Web.
  4. Connaissance pratique des services d'annuaire OpenText
  5. Connaissance technique de la personnalisation dans SAP GUI et FIORI
  6. Connaissance technique des API OpenText (Content Web Services, API REST etc...)
  7. Agréable à avoir mais pas obligatoire - Bilingue (anglais et français canadien)
