Lead Revenue Operations Analyst

If you’re an experienced, dynamic, and strategic revenue operations professional with the unique experience of optimizing sales team processes, then the Revenue Operations Team Lead role could be the perfect opportunity for you.  As the Revenue Operations Team Lead for the EMEA region, you will lead a team of Revenue Operations Analysts while promoting an effective and functional environment. This team is the experts in the quote to cash process and are positioned to drive efficiency while serving as the high profile “face” of operations, interacting daily with our sales, marketing, information systems, finance, and accounting teams.  Your ability to successfully and accurately diagnose and then propose comprehensive scalable solutions to problems will be truly recognized and rewarded.  The sales process improvements that you initiate, and drive will have a vast impact throughout the entire organization and more specifically on our sales team's ability to drive revenues.  Ideal candidates offer vision, strategy and are comfortable being in the spotlight presenting their findings and defending proposed recommendations.


Based in Ireland, your mission will be to use your laser focus to drive sales productivity through operations development, process improvement and tool development/enhancement. 


  • You will lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Analysts that create, support and drive process and process improvements while ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction exceeds expectation.
  • You will be the liaison between the Revenue Operations Analysts and the regional leadership team to bring forth escalations, queries, and process improvements. Additionally, identifying process gaps and bringing forward proposed solutions will be a key part of the role. 
  • You will provide first-tier support to the sales team for all order and non-order related requests, evaluate the requests for greatest impact, and prioritize with sales leadership against current outstanding enablement requests. 
  • Have a solid understanding of the revenue lifecycle from lead to cash.
  • Attention to detail will be paramount to accurately analyze and transmit the business requirements you gather.  You’ll put to use your organizational abilities as well prioritise all revenue operation requests to completion, ensuring accurate documentation and scalable process design. 
  • You will be pivotal in driving new and existing processes and understanding them in a sometimes-unpredictable sales cycle. Knowledge of SaaS and/or cybersecurity, and the ability to identify key drivers to success is key.
  • You are adept at collaborating with other departments and the ability to build long-lasting cross-functional relationships to ensure timely delivery and communication of enablement solutions to the sales team. 
  • Your strong familiarity with tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, Tableau and accounting systems as well as advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite of products will allow you to hit the ground running. Experience with these applications will allow you to quickly get up to speed in using a host of “home grown” tools used by the business.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is essential.
