The Opportunity...
As Solutions Consultant you will work closely together with a blend of local Account Executives, Solution/Business Consultants in Latin America. You will be a core member of the OpenText sales team, working together to identify and develop revenue opportunities within the OpenText Customer and Prospect base. This will involve analyzing complex customer requirements and providing a compelling, unique value proposition to the customer, which leverages one or more solutions from the OpenText EIM suite. As Solution Consultant, you will help the customer visualize the value proposition by building out customized demonstrations of OpenText products and solutions and delivering technology and business level presentations to technical, business, and management-level audiences. Part of the reselling program closely with SAP Business Development, SAP Partner Management and SAP Sales.
You are Great at...
• Analyzing customer EIM requirements.
• Design according to customer EIM solutions based on Open Text and Partner products and solutions - often embedded in complex customer IT environments and strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor and EIM Solution Architect for customers and partners
• Explain and, if necessary, demonstrate complex EIM Solutions and Architectures to customers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the broad OpenText technology portfolio at a level sufficient to understand and communicate “the art of the possible” in terms of business process and solution support
What it Takes...
• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Business
• Must have OpenText’s SAP Solution Extension Portfolio experience
• Proven technical expertise and ability to dig deep.
• Excellent solution selling and value-based selling approach.
• Experience in architecting enterprise-level solutions
• Credibility & maturity to work with customer representatives ranging from technical to management level.
• Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of EIM solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions
• Understanding of SAP and Salesforce market
• Domain knowledge in combination of SAP Business Suite, Salesforce Suite and Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
• Conceptual understanding of different ERP systems and integration including SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft and others – both cloud and off-cloud
• Ability to travel as needed on a regular basis
