THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Solutions Consultant/PreSales Engineer you will be instrumental in the customer experience as the new marketing battleground, as evidenced by the 89% of companies who plan to make it their number one area of competition by next year. You will be key in upgrading the customer experience capabilities helping companies to unlock new revenue streams and bolster existing ones, attract, and retain customers, and reach new segments—all while driving higher conversion and engagement. For every touchpoint companies have with their customers, OpenText CEM has a solution to help them deliver winning customer experiences which includes: 

 

  • Contact Center Workforce Optimization (WFO) with Qfiniti software,
  • Voice and Multichannel Analytics with OpenText Explore
  • Automated Quality Assurance with AutoScore  

 

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT:

  • Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the contact center space, automated quality assurance, voice and multichannel analytics including the overall value proposition, features, functionality, and competitive landscape.
  • Building custom voice analytics and multichannel analytics proof of concept systems and performing demo.
  • Architecting production systems and documenting requirements. 
  • Interacting with partners, customers, and prospects to identify key customer needs and translate them into detailed technical solutions.
  • Advancing opportunities through the effective use of consultative selling techniques.
  • Building customer loyalty as a trusted advisor.
  • Demonstrating a solid level of industry acumen while keeping current with industry trends.
  • Understanding of the competition as well as positioning & strategy
  • Evangelizing solutions to partners, prospects, and customers through presentations, industry networking, and participation in OpenText industry events, social media, onsite visits.

 

WHAT IT TAKES:

  • Technical University or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience in technical selling and/or consultative selling
  • Contact center and customer experience industry 
  • Work with Fortune 500 companies
  • Customer solutions from Twilio, Amazon, Cisco, Avaya, and Genesys, Verint, or Nice
  • 4+ years’ in the contact center market 
  • Base knowledge of any scripting language
  • History of “taking customers to the cloud
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including preparation and delivery of presentations.
  • Experience building custom demos and providing technical presentation
