THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate Manger, Agile Team Coordinator in the United Kingdom to join our full-time, remote team. 

 

As a member of our global Engineering team remotely based in the United Kingdom, you will support your teams in the planning, development, and delivery of several core products. You will support several teams developing world-class security and backup products used by businesses around the world. 

 

You will provide agile coaching and support as needed at a local level to enable  and support self-managing teams implementing different agile frameworks in collaboration with development leadership and will be a key influencer in the global Engineering organization overall by encouraging the adoption of  agile development best practice in collaboration with the global ATC team and peers from Product and Program Management.

 

In addition you will support the development and implementation of our global release processes and will support the release of all software ensuring it meets all the key guidelines for quality and release readiness, guiding the team where necessary to ensure release delay is minimised and post deployment issues avoided.

 

YOU ARE GREAT AT: 

  • Intimate understanding of the agile manifesto as well as frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong people, relationship, and facilitation skills – you must be able to build and maintain strong working relationships and adjust your communication approach for different audiences. 
  • Be assertive as necessary, and not afraid to identify responsible parties, schedule meetings, and pick up the phone.
  • Ability to identify potential problems, blockers, schedule issues and to quickly identify stakeholders needed to resolve and organize appropriately.
  • Ability to solve problems using a combination of soft-skills/relationship building and creative troubleshooting
  • Experience using a backlog management tool, Jira and Confluence expertise is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to operate in a cross cultural globally diverse organization spread across several timezones

 

WHAT IT TAKES: 

  • Previous experience working in a Product Development and Agile environment.
  • Good experience in an agile coaching role, experience in multiple frameworks is an advantage.
  • Technical background is required.
