The Opportunity:


The Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals chartered with developing new and existing opportunities for our Cyber Resilient solutions including data protection and security solutions.  This position will engage with our partner community as well as our managed services partners to Envision, Build, and Launch Account mapping plans.




Provide leadership, management, and development for the Americas sales organization team for Cyber Resilience. This team provides overlay sales and business strategy support, solutions, and business domain expertise to the sales teams. Key areas of contribution will include:

  • Perform high-level sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business
  • Build an understanding of security threats, cloud solutions, and data protection technologies
  • Generate volume opportunities to deliver a predictable book of business and drive forecast accuracy
  • Engage a programmatic approach to demand to generate, develop, and expand your territory in close partnership with your Channel Sales Executive, Partner Account Manager and Solutions consulting team
  • Communicate value propositions to clients and stakeholders that speak intimately to their needs and requirements
  • Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect cloud based cyber resilient products and services
  • Lead execution of strategic sales motion for our data protection and security solutions for our channel sales organization
  • Route-to-Market and Go-to-Market - experienced in understanding and developing strategies and tactics for building new pipeline and growing our account base
  • Tracking and Report –working across region on pipeline curation, forecast accuracy, and dashboard reporting.
  • Leadership and Management - Provide leadership, management and development for the Inside Sales Representative and Business Development Representative team.
  • Travel as necessary within your territory, and to company-wide meetings
