We're looking to welcome a Manager, Professional Services - Legal Tech to support our eDiscovery onDemand team. This is an exciting opportunity to run a team of German-based professional services consultants delivering OnDemand eDiscovery case management services using OpenText’s proprietary Axcelerate® eDiscovery platform. You will report to and work closely with the Senior Director. 


Please note; that travel within Germany may occasionally be required and there may be an occasional need to work outside of conventional hours.



  • Translate the strategic goals and direction of the LegalTech practice into clearly defined strategic and tactical objectives for your team.
  • Drive Professional Services business growth and innovation to offer scalable value-added services that deliver business impact for our customers.
  • Building strong internal relationships with Sales teams to support and win new clients and case deals.
  • Direct, manage, and deliver billable consulting projects based on OpenText best practices, policies, and procedures to maximize team utilization and deliver customer success.
  • Manage and develop your team, ensuring stability, personal development, class-leading performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a culture that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning while maintaining high expectations and setting a high bar for excellence.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize customer requests, team workloads, and administrative commitments.
  • Work with OpenText Operations teams, ensure excellent governance of your team’s projects and opportunities.
  • Liaise with Product Development teams to relay customer and team feedback for feature developments and enhancements.



  • BSc Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of success and achievement in managing teams delivering complex eDiscovery services.
  • Good understanding of the EDRM and advanced legal technologies.
  • Solid attention to detail and demonstrable strength in planning.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills giving you the ability to creatively solve challenging business issues and recommend solutions.
  • A skilled communicator and collaborator, you can build meaningful internal and external relationships and represent the interests of the team effectively.
  • You have a deep understanding of what Professional Services and Customer Success excellence look like.
  • You have a growth mindset and are a learner by nature, you push yourself and your teams to improve and develop. 
  • You are a passionate, self-motivated leader able to motivate individuals and teams.
  • English and German Language skills required.
