AppRiver is looking for motivated and talented Microsoft 365 Operations Support team members. Our team is highly creative, continuously evolving, and we foster a collaborative work environment where you help solve challenging problems and make a difference. In this role you will become a specialist in Microsoft cloud services. The Microsoft 365 Operations team assists in developing new processes, supporting multiple departments, and executing complex customer deployments.


Preferred experience and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience with online customer portals
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn Microsoft cloud services and processes
  • A passion for helping and building rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Use of Phone System and Ticketing System 



Applicant performance expectations: 

  • Learn and quickly adapt to new processes and technology
  • Prioritize and complete tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with your team and other departments
  • Develop expertise of Microsoft products and setup procedures
  • Educate customers about DNS (Domain Name System) management, email routing concepts, and Microsoft service delivery


Work schedule:

This team works between the hours of 7 am – 7 pm, Monday – Friday. Must be flexible to work outside hours and shifts as needed. Occasional on-call weekend shift with OT paid.
