Your impact


As the Manager of AI and Analytics, you will lead and manage multiple customer projects, shaping project teams, and ensuring successful delivery from planning to close. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work closely with customers to design, develop, and implement customized solutions that drive measurable results and unlock new opportunities.

- Client Collaboration: Engage with customers to deeply understand their business objectives, data landscape, and pain points.

- Project Management: Lead customer projects within budget and on time, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Innovation and Learning: Stay updated on the latest AI and analytics advancements, recommending new technologies to enhance customer solutions.

- Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the AI & Analytics practice.

- Communication: Develop and deliver impactful presentations to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.


What You Need to Succeed


- Skills and Abilities:

  - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  - Strong program management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  - Ability to navigate and resolve business-related and interpersonal challenges.

  - Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  - Proven ability to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.

  - Familiarity with data analysis methods and tools (preferred).

  - Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) (strong plus).

  - Strong leadership skills fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

  - Exposure to AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and their practical application.

  - Bachelor’s degree required.

  - Certification in program management (PMP, ScrumMaster, etc.) is a plus.
