The Opportunity:
As an EMR-Link Healthcare Partner Project On Boarding Manager, you will be managing incoming customer projects for laboratories and imaging providers.  Qualified individuals must have excellent organization skills, strong verbal and written communications skills, the ability to track a large volume of projects in the work queue, and collaboration with sales and implementation teams.

 

You will be part of a team with a focused mission to:
•    Enhance the physician and their staff’s ability to provide patient care through EMR ordering workflow and interoperability. 
•    Enhance our hospital and lab partner’s outreach services to the practices they serve through exceptional integration to the practice’s EMR workflow 

 

What you will be doing: 
•    Develop and maintain the process for onboarding new projects for lab and imaging partners.
•    Ensure projects in the queue are ready for implementation, having all necessary agreements and other paperwork in place. 
•    Manage incoming project queue.
•    Works with Implementation team to ensure project integrations are completed in a timely manner and accurate.  
•    Utilizing Service Now software to manage CRM data and project information needed by our Implementation team to begin new projects and support our customers. 
•    Build and maintain EMR and Lab Partner Program sales.
•    Responsible for meeting with laboratories and imaging partners on a regular basis. These meetings will include prioritizing upcoming projects with each partner, reviewing projects currently in queue, discussing feature requests and reviewing support issues. 
•    Develop reports and other tools to use during regularly scheduled calls with partners.
•    Other duties as assigned.

You are great at:
•    Minimum of 3 to 5 years project management experience 
•    Experience running project meetings and cross-functional projects with a technical focus 
•    BA, BS or work experience equivalent 
•    Excellent organization and project tracking skills 
•    Well-grounded in Microsoft Office business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
•    Professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely. Ability to report effectively to senior management. 
•    Ability to work from home; you must be extremely disciplined and able to work well remotely. 
•    Strong customer service attitude 
•    Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and self-sufficiently 

 

For California, Colorado and Washington state and New York city residents, this job is expected to pay a minimum of 62,400 USD per annum in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan.  Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
