Distribution Account Manager

The Role

  • Selling SMB’s full suite of products to and with partners as an overlay through distribution
  • Being accountable for all business through strategic Distributors utilizing their CRM
  • Drive identification, progression and closing of large-scale revenue opportunities with partners.
  • Develop relationships, build business plans, conduct QBR’s, manage, engage, visit and train sales teams
  • Coordinate development and execution of marketing plans and effective lead generations plans with partners.
  • Owns all of Distribution quarterly quota and works with high autonomy.
  • Management of all forecasting for Distribution
  • Presentations at Events and Trade Shows
  • Reports to EMEA Channel Sales Director

  • Highly autonomous and able to independently identify high value projects and drive them completion
  • Teamwork in cross-functional environments such as pre-sales engineers, marketing and product management
  • High degree of comfort with complex technical environments
  • Focusing on customer success




Skills & Experience


  • Minimum 5 years sales experience Channel on similar products
  • Knowledge of Backup and Security market overall
  • Proven Sales Track record in similar product set within industry
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong business, operations and technical acumen
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Good business maturity, negotiating, and decision-making skills
