Your impact


As a Senior ArcSight Cyber Security Consultant, you will be a vital part of our elite global team, working on cutting-edge cyber security projects across the UK and Europe. You will collaborate with top-tier consultants, thought leaders, and strategists to deploy ArcSight solutions that meet client business requirements. Your role will involve assisting government agencies in utilising ArcSight to its full potential, delivering value to clients through business requirements workshops, health checks, performance tuning, and development of new ArcSight content. By imparting your knowledge, you will enable clients to continue leveraging ArcSight effectively long after your engagement ends. Your work will significantly contribute to enhancing cyber security operations for some of the largest companies in the world.

- On-Site Consulting: Offer technical consulting and advice during on-site efforts.

What you need to succeed


- Cyber Security Expertise: Extensive experience in information and cyber security, including security operations such as incident management, intrusion detection, firewall deployment, and security event analysis.
- SIEM Technology: Proficiency with SIEM technology, particularly ArcSight, and experience with security device installations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in UNIX, Linux, and Windows systems, including system administration and automation through scripting (Perl, shell, Python). Knowledge of database installation and configuration is also required.
- Communication: Strong communication and customer interaction skills, along with advanced technical writing capabilities.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, or SANS GCIA are desirable.
- Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
