Your Impact

As a Principal Solution Consultant for the Business Process Add-ons (formerly KineMatik) within our European PreSales team, you will be a key advocate for OpenText’s innovative solutions across sectors such as Energy, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Finance. You’ll be responsible for driving momentum for our Business Process product line across Europe by leading sales demonstrations, providing expert product knowledge, and mentoring regional teams. Your expertise in navigating complex customer scenarios and collaborating with senior management will shape the success of our Enterprise Information Management strategy, offering value-driven solutions to meet the current and future needs of our clients.

 

What the Role Offers

  • Lead impactful product demonstrations of Business Process solutions for clients and partners across Europe.
  • Share best practices around business processes such as Document Control and present to potential clients.
  • Enable the sales team by providing essential product knowledge, sales materials, and conducting training sessions.
  • Customize presentations and demonstrations to address the unique needs of diverse European markets.
  • Engage with customers to address technical and process-specific questions, ensuring solutions meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to stay updated on the latest features and functionalities.
  • Coach and mentor regional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality product presentations.
  • Travel across Europe to meet and engage with clients and sales teams, driving pipeline and opportunities.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing role.
  • Experience with OpenText Extended ECM or related solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding, with the ability to simplify complex product information for customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe for client and team engagements.
  • Familiarity with the Business Process suite of solutions or similar industry solutions is an advantage.
