The Opportunity

A confident, assertive and self-driven leader with excellent interpersonal / communication skills. You must possess the credibility and experience necessary for customer exposure at senior management levels, including an understanding of multiple business environments and technology awareness. The environment is fast-paced, delivery, customer and people centric and ability to manage conflicts. You must be able to make good / pragmatic decisions quickly and communicate them effectively to all the internal and external stakeholders involved. The people management aspects are especially crucial, you must be able to motivate and mentor your team and high potential employees. The operational aspect of the role is also very important, as there are high volumes of transactions and heavy dependence on systems which are continually evolving. This role requires a combination of excellent commercial skills, people skills and operational rigor.

 

You Are Great At

  • Between 12-14 years of experience in IT industry running a consulting practice / delivery management role
  • 8-10+ years of senior professional services management experience, preferably in an Enterprise Software / Professional Services organizations.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of field delivery experience in enterprise IT or Software organization in a direct delivery role
  • Experience in leading large/complex, multi-faceted, multi end-user business organizations
  • Experience in successfully managing a large services P&L driving higher revenues/margins and growth
  • Highly developed people management skills, able to manage and motivate teams of people to achieve business and personal goals
  • Strong commercial acumen with evidence of developing, negotiating and maintaining business.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and other external organizations.
  • Understands IT management and CIO / CTO/ CFO drivers. Can demonstrate that you understand the typical drivers, processes and organizational structures within a large IT organization.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative, matrixed environment.
  • Directs and controls activities for MF PS delivery and sales support in SEA.
  • Develops business plan(s) for MF PS, balancing client needs and solution area focus, consistent with regularly updated client business plans.
  • Delivers revenue and margin targets for MF PS engagement in SEA Meet / Exceed sold Gross Margins
  • Through collaboration with client principal team(s), delivers consistent order performance by pro- actively engaging the pre-sales teams and driving growth.
  • Responsible for personnel and business management of the practice, including accountability for team effectiveness, people development and achieving utilization targets.
  • Responsible for developing and managing strong customer relationships at intermediate levels and is an active participant in consulting engagements in pursuit and delivery.
  • Understands MF solutions portfolio and identifies repeatable business opportunities while ensuring appropriate import / export of intellectual property.
  • Identifies leading edge processes and approaches for creating and leveraging intellectual capital.
  • Responsible for executing delivery models for the practice & recommends ideas for optimization of those models.
  • Member of a recognized body for Industry or Solution Area

    • PS Business financial fundamentals & forecasting methods
    • Capacity & Capabilities planning – Including work force transformation and driving costs lower with improving efficiencies.
