The Opportunity: 


As Regional Vice President, Professional Services for Canada, you’ll be responsible for growing the Professional Services business associated with this important market.  You’re one who knows how to inspire and drive a services team to success in Canada, as well as understand and communicate the value of OpenText services to our customers. You’ve already demonstrated that you have the ability and a successful track record of growing a services business by aligning and driving the strategy and operations of the business. 

In addition, you have experience growing installation, training and professional services as part of a software company and in conjunction with a growing partner community. Focused on customer success and adoption of OpenText and the EIM vision, you will ensure that we have a track record of customer success that promotes the highest levels of customer satisfaction, adoption and return on investment. For this role, you should have experience growing a services business in the ECM, BPM or broader EIM Industry. 


 You are great at: 


•    Business Development: You have a track record of growing Professional Services businesses focused on Enterprise-class clients. You have deep experience in growing both public sector and commercial customers.
•    Revenue and Bookings: You know how to lead and coach your team to exceed revenue and bookings objectives, closing both new and recurring business in the Enterprise Information Management domain.
•    Customer Relationships: Building trusted relationships with our clients and ensuring an outstanding client experience with OpenText and the Professional Services team. 
•    Team-Building: Supporting, developing and retaining a team of engaged, high performing professionals that deliver amazing results.  
•    Collaboration: Be part of the OpenText team, mobilizing the skills and expertise of the business for the benefit of our customers. You are viewed as a partner by key stakeholder communities such as Sales, Product Management and Engineering.
•    Strategy Development: Be a key member of the Americas Leadership Team for Professional Services, developing strategies to achieve and surpass company goals.
•    Alignment: Ensure that the Professional Services offerings are in alignment with customer and company needs. 
•    Product Direction: Become a trusted advisor who shares features, benefits and application of our OpenText EIM vision, product roadmaps, install base and technologies. You will effectively communicate customer requirements to the product teams. 
•    Other related duties as assigned

•    Direction. Proven collaborator and with the ability to work with all levels and departments within an organization 
•    Motivator. Able to hire, engage and motivate great talent. 
•    Champion. You have successfully built and led services teams, and have a track record of success in sustaining, maintaining and building revenue streams
•    Service Minded: You deliver customer engagements, through your teams, like you would expect to receive it - with excellence 
•    Cross-Cultural Direction: Must be willing to travel regionally and globally as required
•    Domain. Experience with the Enterprise Information Management solutions. Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business focus preferred. 
•    Excellent Communication. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it. You know how to have real business conversations with leaders. 
•    Metric Motivated: Understand the numbers of your business clearly and knows what to drive to achieve success
