The Opportunity:

Our internal teams are geographically dispersed, and their ability to keep performing at peak levels is critical to our success. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to provide the best-in-class learning and onboarding experience for our global organization.

 

We are modernizing our enablement program to ensure our teams possess the skills, knowledge, and expertise, to shorten ramp time and increase productivity no matter their location. We are also modernizing our ever-boarding program as well.  You will ensure that enablement programs and tools are developed, executed, maintained, and be able to provide metrics to leadership when needed.  Travel may be required for less than 15% of your time.

 

You are great at:

  • Implementing the program curriculum design, development, and delivery to improve global sales organization skills and abilities
  • Developing and implementing a sales enablement strategy for onboarding and ongoing development using relevant, impactful, and on-the-job learning experience
  • Collaborating with the broader sales support team; Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Sales Support Teams, and fellow Team Members to develop, update, and revise training resources to achieve strategic initiatives
  • Working with and engaging functional leaders within the organization to develop and implement an onboarding program for all new employees which will shorten their onboarding time and get new team members productive sooner
  • Leading the continuous improvement and engagement of our training resources to ensure knowledge gaps are closed, and the desired business results are realized
  • Analyzing and recommending training solutions that align with organizational initiatives, business needs, and outcomes that focus on the learner’s progress
  • Implementing and maintaining all relevant tools, resources, and systems utilized to achieve objectives
  • Supporting workplace performance, coaching, mentoring, and enabling social and collaborative learning experiences for all levels of the organization
  • Creating exciting, engaging, and interactive learning experiences with the aid of multimedia assets you produce to enable impactful learning events

  • You have 5-10 years of experience in a sales and/or sales enablement role
  • You have extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques and stays current with trends
  • You demonstrate knowledge and understanding of learning principles, industry design standards, and modern learning best practices for the continual development of learners. Certifications in adult learning or instructional design - is a plus
  • You have hands-on experience with e-learning platforms, digital content creation, delivering learning virtually and in-person, and creating a positive blended learning experience for learners
  • You are a self-starter and can work autonomously, yet you understand the value and power of a team
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • You communicate effectively (verbal and written)
  • You demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy, versatility
  • You can establish positive relationships quickly along with a willingness to help others
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • You have knowledge of Camtasia, Adobe Cloud, Captivate, or other eLearning authoring tools

 

For Colorado residents, this job is expected to pay in the range of $97,000 to $146,000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
