Be part of a winning team that leads the way in Enterprise Information Management.An opportunity to join a global and dynamic subscription renewal sales team based in Broomfield CO.  The Revenue Ops Analyst provides support to the renewal sales leadership team and is an essential interface to the corporate operations function and other corporate functions. The role reports to the Manager of Forecasting and Data Analytics with the charter of providing vital information and BI to the WW VP of SMB Renewals and other Sr. leaders. Responsibilities include ensuring corporate renewal sales data processes are understood, communicated, and practiced, developing effective reports, and preparing thoughtful analysis on trends, as well as streamlining and automating data processes. In addition, you are part of a team responsible for continuous renewal sales data process improvement initiatives centered around forecasting and reporting & analysis. A critical success factor in this role will be the ability to provide efficient data and analytics support to the renewal sales organization, and, to communicate and work collaboratively with other groups across the global OpenText organization.

 

What You're Good At:


•    Review weekly forecast and pipeline reports to ensure accuracy. Pro-actively follow-up on deals that need clarification and provide insight on quality of forecast and pipeline.
•    Help build new BI dashboards as needed and provide thoughtful analysis on management dashboards to facilitate effective understanding of progress, achievements, and gaps; includes pipeline analysis, closed deal analysis, competitors, etc. Communicate key information and analysis to global renewal sales management.
•    Ensure account and opportunity data in Salesforce.com, NetSuite, SAP, and Assure is accurate. Proactively resolve any discrepancies to ensure reporting is timely and accurate.
•    Review and analyze operational and renewal sales financial information to enable effective decision making.
•    Contribute to processes and reporting around renewal sales staffing, hiring, and on-boarding, including assessing and planning resources (location, roles, development, and alignment with other resources.)
•    Recommend and provide relevant information and analysis on customer segmentation, account assignments and territory coverage.
•    Be point person for renewal salespeople to address general data questions and help resolve issues.
•    Identify areas where processes need to be automated and/or streamlined. Participate in regional process improvement initiatives. Demonstrate thought leadership around renewal sales data processes and operations.
•    Develop tools to illustrate and support best practices for renewals sales processes. 
•    Partner with management  to assist with elements of business planning, progress reporting and outcome measurement.
•    Assist with the design, implementation and review of any regional initiatives required by management  or Sales Leadership .
•    Collaborate effectively with departments and cross-functional groups to ensure company goals are achieved.
•    Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required.

 

What It Takes:


•    Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, or equivalent experience 
•    Experience in data analysis methods and best practices
•    Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar data visualization software 
•    Ability to write queries in SQL to extract meaningful information from complex datasets 
•    Strong Microsoft Excel skills to build models and perform ad-hoc tasks effectively
•    Understand relationships between metrics and operational activities
•    Proven ability to synthesize insights from structured and unstructured data 
•    Strong relationship management skills and ability to generate strong internal and external relationships
•    Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment 
•    A proven approach to problem-solving and eagerness to adjust to evolving business priorities and challenges 
•    Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail 

 

For Colorado residents, this job is expected to pay in the range of $66,000 USD to $99,000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan.  Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
