Senior Consultant Service Management Automation


YOUR IMPACT 
You are responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and integrating the Open Text Service Management automation solutions in Hybrid Cloud-based environments for customers across the Middle East, Africa, and Central and Eastern Europe.
 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS 

  • Design & implement custom ITSM solutions (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000).
  • Deep expertise in ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Helix/Remedy).
  • Understanding business requirements and their technical implementation
  • Providing client-facing consulting and services in line with the expected outcome
  • Working in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working on several projects at the same time
  • Be a trusted advisor for your customers

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer science or related area of study 
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Service Management Automation Technologies on-premises and cloud
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, Bash, SQL, Java, or others) 
  • Solid infrastructure skills: Linux, Databases, Networks
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms, i.e. Azure or AWS, and Containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, or similar)
  • ITIL Certification and knowledge of ITIL governance and control processes are required.
  • Fluency in English language
