We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our world leading technology company, within the e-Discovery division. The position will include the management of all aspects of case management, team mentoring, client communications and consultation. Software feature development, working with the internal sales teams and senior Legal Tech management.
Experience:
- A deep understanding of e-Discovery platforms
- A proven record and knowledge of EDRM and e-Discovery processes and industry together with a solid understanding of database design & management, data processing principles and legal document review systems and the use of Technology Assisted Reviews
- Has experience in each of the following areas;

- Project initiation through to final production
- Development of project strategies and workflows
- Software enhancements and developments
- General knowledge of Forensic principles

Required Skills / Responsibilities:
- To be the primary liaison with client representatives both internally & externally and build collaborative and productive relationships with a can-do attitude
- Managing client expectations taking appropriate action to resolve issues or concerns without jeopardising business outcomes or results & evaluate both the short- and long- term consequences of decisions.
- Ensuring delivery meets the clients needs. Using effective consultation, communication, and adherence to project timescales. Able to express information and thoughts in a clear, logical & concise manner and be confident to communicate across hierarchal structures with gravitas
- Responsibility of delivering multiple projects of varying sizes, developing metrics and action plans that identifies tasks related to business excellence
- To be proficient in allocating resources accordingly and effectively managing their and the teams time across the project and client base.
- Identifies issues and to resolve or escalate where needed to the Service Delivery Manager.
- Provides leadership to both junior and senior team members sharing best practises & guidance
- Measures success by establishing metrics and monitoring progress eliminating roadblocks and striving for excellence
- Assist with other Senior Managers to drive the team, business unit and review platform forward
