Preferred Locations: (Utah, Colarado, Arizona, Kansas, Southern California) 

Estimated Base Salary $130,000 - $150,000 USD + uncapped commissions

Our global API & OEM Sales organization enables Enterprise customers with an extensive set of tools to effectively manage information.  Our team develops relationships with top C-Level executives with some of the largest software ISVs and hardware companies on earth.  OpenText API & OEM solutions are high-value and cost-effective, available via on-premises, hosted and/or cloud distribution models.  API & OEM investment models allow our customers access to world-class solutions, that are packaged and priced the way our Partners prefer to do business. 

 

THE OPPORTUNITY: 

As an API & OEM Account Executive at OpenText you help customers use our software to accelerate time to market and drive incremental revenue streams. This Sales Athlete will cover a designated Territory (geographic or named) selling OpenText solutions to enterprise customers.  OpenText OEM customers include companies like Fujitsu, Intuit, Infor, Philips, Canon, and others, who leverage our technology daily. OpenText software is also embedded in hundreds of software solutions from the likes of Accenture, Fiserv, Deloitte, Cerner and more. We are looking for a savvy, Sales Professional with a verifiable track record of success, to over-achieve sales targets and building long-term executive relationships. Previous experience selling enterprise information management solutions, Cloud, Marketing, IoT, and/or enterprise software is highly desired.
 

 

WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT: 

  • You have a track record of at least 5-10 years of B2B selling in the Enterprise.
  • You have experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on-premises or hybrid solutions.
  • You have deep knowledge of go to market strategies of third-party product integrations and embedded technologies.
  • You understand API-driven and OEM solutions and how they impact your customer’s bottom line.
  • You are technically savvy and capable of sorting through multiple technology solutions to select the ‘perfect fit’ for your customers.
  • You deploy advanced sales methodologies and tools to achieve and exceed your targets.
  • You are intellectually curious, easily grasp new products and solutions, and bring the spirit of innovation to your customers.
  • You are an architect of win-win solutions with customers and partners.
  • You are obsessed with and relentless in pursuit of customer satisfaction.
  • You enjoy hunting and digging up new opportunities from a blank canvas.
  • You are a student of learning.
  • You are CREATIVE!
