THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for consistent over achieving Enterprise Account Executives to drive the sale of our EIM solutions throughout customer organizations. This is an opportunity to contribute to the top line of a multi-billion dollar company that is a leader in the EIM space. Our deep and wide portfolio enables you to go into any organization and have a value add conversation at the Executive level. Your ultimate deliverable is building new revenue streams through the expansion and growth of the business relationships within current and new clients. Accelerators and no cap means over achievers are well compensated.

We’ve made the move to a named account model and are looking to bring on board people that understand what a true enterprise software deal is and that know how to close them. Your job is to learn everything there is to know about your accounts. You will embed yourself into the organization to find out their problems and then develop creative solutions with our product portfolio with the help of our talented presales and value engineering teams. You own the relationships and push the sales cycle from beginning to end.

Keys to your success are learning the different internal resources available to you and proactively developing those relationships. Creativity is a must as is your ability to build relationships with the key decision makers and influencers. You need to know what keeps them awake at night. You have to build a sales plan that you can architect, communicate, and execute.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
You come to us with a proven track record of success and over quota attainment selling software solutions. You have sold in and have deep market and competitor knowledge of at least one of the core EIM categories: Enterprise Content Management (ECM)Business Process Management (BPM)Customer Experience Management (CEM)Information Exchange, or Discovery. You are a proven hunter and farmer, building account patches from scratch, selling initial departmental opportunities as well as seven figure multi-level enterprise transactions.
