As Senior Account Executive for Thailand managing FSI and Commercial, you will be joining a team of high performing and experienced sales people working at growing OpenText business across South East Asia. You will be responsible to set your territory strategy in conjunction with the senior management, identify the most effective channels to go to market and take accountability over the end to end sales cycle.

This role is based in Thailand.


What You Are Great At:

  • This role requires a very entrepreneurial approach based on identifying your territory specific needs and refining OpenText value proposition to address them.
  • You have high energy and are excited by a hunting role where you will be both leveraging existing relationships and build new relationships.
  • You will be coordinating sales operations with the alliances, marketing and account development teams to generate your pipeline of opportunities.
  • You will collaborate with global teams providing subject matter expertise and helping you refine your strategy and drive large complex enterprise software solutions.
  • In the pursuit of excellence, you will be regularly assessing with your peers and leadership team how to improve your approach to market and strategy on your deals.

  • Ability to understand client’s personal and business challenges in order to craft an effective value proposition.
  • Take ownership and accountability to resolve every issue impacting your performance.
  • Ability to negotiate commercial agreements and achieve mutual success with your clients.
