The Opportunity:

 

The Open Text Professional Services team is comprised of more than 3000 consultants who act as trusted advisors, managing long lasting relationships with more than 100,000 customers around the world. They are responsible for the delivery of business solutions. As a leader in OpenText Professional Services you will work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and you will be recognized as a subject matter expert within the Cyber Security space.

As a Security Client Manager of Professional Services, you will be responsible managing customer relationships and for achieving sales target by selling Security Consulting Services in assigned territory.

 

You are great at:


•    Identifying opportunities for Security Services within client organizations (commercial and public sector) and successfully selling the unique value of the Security Consulting Services to address their requirements.
•    Dealing directly with senior client leaders as a domain expert on the Cyber Readiness and Cyber Resilience that impact their organizations.
•    Creating a pipeline of opportunity to generate bookings meeting quarterly target expectations.
•    Generating revenue opportunities by developing proposals and quotes for clients using creativity.
•    Regular and timely updating of opportunity status in CRM system (Salesforce.com).
•    Ensuring timely management of opportunity forecasting and reporting.
•    Managing responses to RFP’s including identifying and tracking opportunities.
•    Business development, partner management and customer relationship management in synergy with account teams.
•    Active involvement in go to market of our services, including publishing blogs, delivering presentations and other field activities.

 

What it takes: 


•    A proven track record of selling and closing enterprise-class Security Services
•    A deep knowledge and insight of the Cyber Security industry with demonstrated domain expertise
•    Strong presence with effective communications skills and the ability to engage with credibility with clients.
•    The ability to manage, grow and develop a large pipeline of opportunities, leveraging proactive, outbound new business sales capabilities.
•    Independent, self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•    Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude towards work
•    Strong problem solving, forecasting and organizational (including matrix management) skills
•    Comfortable dealing with technical and contractual issues
•    Have experience selling to and/or working for major corporations within the United States, Canadian and European client base is preferred
•    Willingness to travel
