The Opportunity:


Join our world-leading technology company in the e-Discovery division as an experienced Project Manager. This remote UK-based role offers a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in all aspects of case management, from initial client communications to workflow consultation, database and reporting management, and liaison with internal sales teams and Legal Tech management.


What You Will Do:


  • Act as the primary contact between the company and clients, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
  • Handle client concerns effectively, making informed decisions without compromising business outcomes. Evaluate both short- and long-term consequences.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective consultation and communication skills. Adhere to project timelines and convey information logically across different hierarchy levels.
  • Take ownership of delivering multiple projects of varying sizes. Develop metrics and action plans to enhance business excellence.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks across projects and clients.
  • Identify and evaluate issues, resolving them when possible or escalating as needed.
  • Provide leadership to both junior and senior team members. Share best practices and lessons learned to enhance team performance.
  • Take charge of budget control and report financial information to clients.
  • Establish measurable metrics to gauge project success. Continuously monitor progress, identify and eliminate roadblocks, and strive for excellence.


What You Will Need:


  • Good working knowledge of e-Discovery platforms.
  • Understanding of the EDRM model and the e-Discovery process.
  • Solid knowledge of database design & management, data processing, and legal document review systems.
  • Experience in project initiation through final production.
  • Upkeep and development of project documentation & reporting.
  • Experience with mentorship of junior staff.
  • To be a resident in the UK.
