The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to our Sales leadership.  As part of the Sales Forecasting & Compensation team, this role’s primary responsibility will be overseeing compensation plan administration and commissions & attainment reporting.  In addition, the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will have an opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects including sales forecasting, data modeling and analysis, and pipeline modeling.

 

You Are Great At

  • Administering and serving as project manager for our annual compensation planning cycle
  • Administering commission reports, including monthly data collection and review, incentive compensation calculations, submitting commissions attainment to finance, and commission reporting to sales and business development reps
  • Fielding questions and requests from employees on incentive compensation plans, and serving as a liaison on commission-related matters.
  • Tracking and managing bonuses and spiffs for teams on incentive compensation plans, partnering with leaders to develop monthly and quarterly programs, ensuring appropriate tracking and reporting, and calculating eligible performance-based payments.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects, such as:
      • Sales forecasting & modeling
      • Board presentation preparation
      • Project support
      • Data audits and analysis
  • Managing multiple projects while effectively balancing the priorities of the business
  • Enabling self-service tools and automation wherever possible
  • Designing and building reporting metrics and tools to inform business decisions, improve forecasting, and better analyze outcomes
  • Obtaining a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods
  • Ensuring the data quality and consistency with monitoring and support, and playing an active role in establishing data governance

 

What It Takes

  • Knowledgeable
    • BS or BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
    • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields required
    • Experience in compensation plan administration and reporting a plus
    • Experience with CRM tools and Salesforce
    • Previous experience with reporting tools and Tableau
    • Previous SaaS or e-commerce experience a plus
    • Strong Internet, email, and electronic document management skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
  • Analytical - You possess strong logical, problem-solving, and Excel modeling skills.
  • Efficient - You are extremely organized and attentive to detail, with excellent prioritization skills that allow you to consistently deliver quality results on time.
  • Strong Communicator - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex business analysis in a clear and concise manner
  • Flexible - You learn quickly, are responsive to feedback, and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while also being willing to say you don’t know.
  • Collaborative - You have the ability to forge strong bonds, work collaboratively with, and influence internal partners such as other Sales channels, Finance, and Business Applications.
  • Personable - You are a high-energy professional with a resiliently positive attitude that exudes a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members
