Your Impact:

You are responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and integrating the Open Text Service Management automation solutions for customers in the UK’s public sector.

 

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a high level of Security Clearance. This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from London on a regular basis (3-4 days per week).

 

What the role offers:

  • Implementation of ITSM and Automation tools, configuring and customizing solutions to meet specific organizational needs.
  • Working in an international environment and various industries
  • Working in close cooperation with the technical team, the Project/Technical Manager, and customer-nominated representatives, as well as OpenText support and R&D as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies including, but not limited to ITSM, and incorporate them into the organization's strategy.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of new ITSM practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs.

 

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • First experience working as an ITSM Solution Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools and processes.
  • Willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
  • Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic coding skills (preferably JavaScript) are a plus.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Security clearance or the commitment to undergo the clearance process is a must.
