The Opportunity: 

Join the OpenText, Global Professional Services team that focuses on implementing OpenText’s Vendor Invoice Management solution for clients of all sizes
 
What you’re great at: 
•Helping clients optimize their Accounts Payable (AP) processes in SAP using OpenText’s Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution
•Conducting formal blueprinting workshops from small to larger groups to elicit detailed requirements
•Ability to take complex requirements and either match them to out-of-box capabilities or achieve a final design through minimal customization of the VIM solution
•Weighing the pros/cons of potentials design options with clients and guiding them to consensus on a go-forward, optimized AP solution design
•Working both as part of a team (including leading a team) as well as working independently both onsite at a client as well as remotely
•Ability to review a client’s existing VIM implementations, identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, and creating recommendations document
 
What it takes: 

•Strong business analyst skills particularly in the Accounts Payable SAP space
•At least 1 year of SAP and VIM implementation experience in at least one version of VIM
•End-to-end involvement (requirements gathering, detailed design, configuration, testing support, go-live support) for at least 1successful VIM implementations
•SAP ABAP programming skills highly desired
•Demonstrated ability to lead small/medium/large projects and/or multiple concurrent projects
•Experience with implementing Optical Character Recognition solutions strongly preferred, and especially OpenText’s OCR solutions
•Ability to travel as needed (on average 50-75%) to both Canada and the U.S., and occasionally even abroad to client sites

•Peser le pour et le contre des options de conception potentielles avec les clients et les guider vers un consensus sur une conception de solution AP optimisée et à venir
•Travailler à la fois dans le cadre d'une équipe (y compris la direction d'une équipe) ainsi que de travailler de manière indépendante à la fois sur place chez un client ainsi qu'à distance
•Capacité d'examiner les implémentations VIM existantes d'un client, d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et d'optimisation et de créer un document de recommandations

 

Ce qu'il faut :

•Solides compétences d'analyste d'affaires, en particulier dans l'espace SAP des comptes fournisseurs
•Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de SAP et VIM dans au moins une version de VIM

•Expérience de la mise en œuvre de solutions de reconnaissance optique de caractères fortement préférée, et en particulier les solutions OCR d'OpenText
•Capacité de voyager au besoin (en moyenne de 50 à 75 %) au Canada et aux États-Unis, et parfois même à l'étranger pour se rendre sur les sites des clients
