Your impact

 

We seek a ITSM consultant to optimize client service configuration data and leverage ITIL expertise to design, integrate, and manage solutions.

 

What the role offers

 

  • Assess client ITSM environments for service configuration maturity
  • Design and implement service configuration solutions using best practices
  • Integrate configuration data with other ITSM tools for a holistic view.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of ITSM processes and procedures related to service configuration management.
  • Document service configuration data structures and processes for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in ITSM and service configuration management.

What you need to succeed

 

  • 3-5 years ITSM experience
  • Experience with and a good understanding of network discovery technologies 
  • Experience to integrate with e.g. Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune or OpenText NNM
  • Experience to work in an Agile environment
  • Experience to work with containerized software (OpenShift/ Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and frameworks, with a focus on the Configuration Management (CM) process.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a high level of Security Clearance
