The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to our Sales leadership.  As part of the Sales Forecasting & Compensation team, this role’s primary responsibility will be providing sales forecasting support and insights to your business partners.  This includes ongoing forecast reporting as well as entire fiscal year planning.  In addition, the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will have an opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects including compensation planning & reporting, data modeling and bookings & pipeline analysis.


You Are Great At

  • Owning and developing sales forecast models to be used during biweekly sales forecasting processes, working with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and validating all data that will be used in preparing executional bookings forecasts.
  • Reviewing past forecasting performance and identifying major forecast variances. 
  • Analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for improving the accuracy of future sales forecasts.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects, such as:
      • Commissions reporting and planning
      • Board presentation preparation
      • Project support
      • Data audits and analysis
  • Managing multiple projects while effectively balancing the priorities of the business
  • Enabling self-service tools and automation wherever possible
  • Designing and building reporting metrics and tools to inform business decisions, improve forecasting, and better analyze outcomes
  • Obtaining a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods
  • Ensuring the data quality and consistency with monitoring and support, and play an active role in establishing data governance


What It Takes

  • Knowledgeable
    • BS or BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
    • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields required
    • Experience in compensation plan administration and reporting a plus
    • Experience with CRM tools and Salesforce

For Colorado residents, this job is expected to pay in the range of $68,000 to $90,000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
