The Sr. HRIM Specialist is an expert in assigned areas of responsibility within the HR Technology & Transformation Team.  We are looking for a collaborative, results orientated person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.



•    You are experienced in HR systems and are comfortable managing, organizing, and transforming large quantities of data.
•    You have general HR knowledge with an understanding of key terminology and definitions.

•    Dealing with Ambiguity: Able to focus and deliver results while managing changes in priorities/scope. Can quickly adapt to evolving business needs and jump in wherever needed.

•    Develop in depth knowledge of the HR technology eco-system’s functionality and capabilities
•    Collaborate with business teams across functions to troubleshoot and solve identified issues 
•    Support implementation of future solutions by understanding requirements and communicating system and business process impacts.
•    Become a source of education for other HR users of the system.
•    Lead initiatives as assigned coordinating testing, defect management and business owner/IT relationship
•    Perform in depth testing to validate delivered fixes, changes, and improvements.
•    Participate in data load activities as a pre and post-load auditor with a focus on data quality.  
•    Participate in overall analysis of data issues and identify trends that develop. Work with the broader HRIM team to identify possible solutions such as improved job aids, additional training, system configuration changes.
•    Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion in all work.
•    Support day-to-day operational needs, including ad-hoc and urgent tasks. 
•    Additional tasks as assigned.




•    Bachelors' Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; or the equivalent work experience required.
•    2+ years of SuccessFactors Technology experience.
•    Data Management, Analysis, and Auditing experience. 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) 
•    HR Software implementation, project management, and solution design experience are a plus.
