The Opportunity: 

As a Marketing Manager for Central Eastern Europe (CEE), you will be responsible for delivering the regional marketing plan by planning & executing regional campaigns that leverage a combination of digital, in-person events, partner co-marketing and client success stories.

The position will cover all key OpenText solutions which span across Enterprise Content Services (ECS) Business Network (BN) and Digital Experience (DX)

You will report to the Senior Marketing Director for Southern Europe and Emerging Markets and work closely with the Account Development, Direct Sales, Solutions Consultants, Channels & Global Campaigns teams to ensure campaigns are well integrated and meeting the pipeline needs of the business. 


You are great at:


•    Having a strong focus on in-market execution and yet thinking/acting strategically to support long-term growth of the business
•    Owning and leading regional campaign planning, development, and execution that meet pipeline & revenue targets 
•    Analysing marketing campaign performance and optimizing/growing results based on insight & learnings 
•    Partnering with the account development to ensure an optimal lead funnel, evaluate campaign results, action learnings and feedback 
•    Leveraging global digital campaigns and providing regional feedback to global campaign teams
•    Planning and executing OpenText events or 3rd Party events that OpenText sponsors
•    Ensure strong sales and marketing alignment
•    Communicating with all business stakeholders and managing key relationships across sales, pre-sales, global campaign teams, product marketing and account development
What it takes: 


•    A bachelor’s degree and experience in leading regional campaigns 
•    Strong understanding of effective B2B demand generation tactics
•    Regional event planning and execution
•    Good understanding of the enterprise software market
•    Ability to work well independently and within a team
•    Strong skills working with MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
•    Experience working with CRM systems ( & Marketing Automation platforms (Eloqua)
•    Analytical mindset and leveraging data to take meaningful decisions  
•    Strong understanding of sales management process and how marketing aligns 
•    A solution seeker with attention to detail 
•    Ability to effectively present/communicate ideas & plans to internal stakeholders and secure buy-in
