Senior IT Project Delivery / Program Manager (Professional Services)

An OT Customer Experience Management (CEM) Project Manager (PM) is a highly motivated, self-directed and experienced individual that manages various customers and engagements within a defined region for the EMEA consulting team.  The PM is a leader in the areas of customer and engagement management and possesses strong business acumen, technology expertise, administrative skills, and soft skills.


Customer and Engagement Management: Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customer contacts at enterprise-level customers, delivers outstanding and sustainable business value and customer satisfaction from executives to contributors.

  • Project scoping and estimating
  • Writing effective Statements of Work (contracts)
  • Project, scope and risk management
  • Escalation management
  • Executive briefings
  • Can work effectively in politically charged situations
  • Understands and aligns with customers KPI’s and soft business objectives
  • Change management
  • Team leadership
  • Facilitation
  • Business Development (work directly with Enterprise Services Executives and Account Executives to assist with services and education opportunities)
  • Delivery of Quality Consulting
    • Effectively follow and apply our methodology and sound project management practices to engagements
    • Work with management to establish and enforce best practices; demonstrate them consistently in project delivery
    • Coordinate with the other Regional Leads and management to maintain consistent process and ongoing quality improvements
  • Actively manage and deliver project management to customers, meeting a 30% billability goal
  • Meet or exceed quarterly delivered revenue goals.


Domain Expertise: Attains enterprise level client credibility through (a) demonstrable experience with web and media management technologies, combined with (b) industry expertise in verticals such as financial services, hospitality, or telecommunications, and (c) aptitude with consultative selling, project management, and strategy consulting frameworks.

  • Technology proficiency with web technologies such as J2EE, Application Servers, XML, Portals, etc.
  • Experience with Web Content Management and/or Digital Asset Management
  • Experience with verticals such as financial services, hospitality, Insurance, etc
  • Marketing and brand asset management experience
  • Project management methodologies
  • Consultative selling
  • Strategic business consulting
  • Possess technical aptitude with demonstrable experience
  • Enterprise level technology and deployment experience


Administrative Abilities: Adept at resource management (including subcontractor sourcing and management), forecasting of expected delivery revenues, and contract creation, and displays a commitment to ensuring that project documentation repositories are thorough and kept current

  • Scheduling: 
    • Coordinate with Regional Lead to meet resource demands of engagements and effectively utilize our talents
    • Manage subcontractors working on engagements
    • Participate in recruiting activities
  • Business Development Tracking:
    • Forecast of delivered services updated at least weekly
    • Status of deals and active participation in weekly revenue call – goal is to be aware of pipeline and needs of each opportunity, and prepared to support closure 
  • Contracts: 
    • Become very familiar with and effectively utilize our contract process and standard contract vehicles for the various types of relationships we enter into (including subcontractors)
    • Work with customers to address common contract issues
  • Responsible for creating workspaces and ensuring that all project team members keep workspaces up to date with all relevant project documentation, deliverables and status reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction surveys are sent and completed by customers.

Required Experience


  • Proven experience as engagement manager for established consulting firm with enterprise-level projects of at least $500K value, or a minimum of 10 project members
  • Bachelor degree in technology or business area (with technology experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally when needed > 30%
  • Preferred (but not required): PMI/PMP certification
  • Preferred (but not required): MBA
