The Opportunity:

Resource will develop and manage the overall project, communication, resource plans and processes, will be responsible for analysing all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected and meet regularly with project stakeholders and review progress against goals and objectives.

 

You are great at:

  • Manage and Lead budget and resource allocation through all phases

  • Deliver as per agreed project schedule, contractual commitments and timelines

  • Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects

  • Establish and train team members on processes

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including assignments, activity progress and personnel review

  • Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables

  • Manage project change request (commercial changes) end to end including phases of requirement assessment, sizing, commercial discussions & agreements, CR execution

  • Collaborate with different suppliers and track their performance / KPIs

  • Knowledge of NOC and Network operations coupled with Incident/Change/Problem Management

  • Organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule and as per agreed targets.

 

What it takes:

  • 15+years of professional work as a technical project manage with bachelor's degree in engineering with IT specialisation, with certification in Project management

  • Experience working with TELCO Enterprise Customers in India

  • Experience in theTELCO domain, withknowledge of OSS, TELCO & IT Monitoring & Helpdesk software systems and the ability to train others on them.

  • Experience leading, coaching and developing technical teams

  • Comfortable in a highly competitive, collaborative and fast-paced work environment

  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a wide variety of teams associated with the project

  • Clear communication skills to guide project teams and coordinate with vendors and management.
