The Opportunity:
This role is a part of the Professional Services Senior Project Manager in Latin America.

 

What you will be doing:
As Senior Project Manager, Professional Services for LATAM, you will:
•    Leadership: sound judgment, provide vision, provide direction, coach team, issue & conflict resolution, effective decision making
•    Provide information regarding tasks, plans, schedule, strategies and org structure to stakeholders, negotiation, team building.
•    Knowledge of fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to organization.
•    Manage teams/projects and bring them to success. Ability to manage interactions between the customer and the project team.
•    Adapt and deal with situations and manage everyone's expectations through ongoing change.
•    Attend weekly meetings for forecast updates and resourcing adjustments.

You are great at:
•    10+ years of experience managing complex projects and indirectly leading project members during the engagements under your supervision. 
•    Adjust scope, efforts, costs, price accordingly as projects advance.
•    Reporting of Revenue and Costs accruals for projects (T&M and Fixed Fee - Percent of Complete)
•    Strong customer facing (up to C-level) and negotiation skills.
•    Good written and spoken communication skills (Portuguese, English – Spanish highly recommended)
•    Self-management skills, been able to self-manage his/her time and tasks to accomplish with project goals, reporting the progress of his/her tasks.
•    Experience with Project Management matters
•    PMO Knowledge
•    Information Technology/Computer Science degree or similar
•    Language (Native Spanish and Advanced English) 
•    The candidate must reside in Mexico City 

 

Other Desired Requirements:
    Experience Manage Projects with Open Text Solutions (ECM, VIM, OTMM, Exstream, Documentum Platform, xECM for SAP, xECM for SuccessFactors, Migration tools, Capture Tools – BCC, ICC, OCC, Captiva) 
    Language Intermediate/Advanced Portuguese
