Sr. Sales Enablement Manager

Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, we are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager who can provide best-in-class learning experiences for our global sales organization.

The sales enablement programs we offer are built to ensure our sales professionals possess the skills, knowledge, and expertise they need to be successful in their roles. Working with our Sales Enablement team, you will support the design, development, and delivery of a blended, learner-centered programs that will enable the Sales organization to optimize performance. Travel may be required (approximately 15% time and dependent on COVID-19 global pandemic circumstances, restrictions, and travel safety). 


You Are Great At:  

  • Learning and development and adult education including design, development, delivery and evaluation of various training programs based on thoughtful needs assessment
  • Supporting sales enablement strategies for onboarding and ongoing personal development using relevant, impactful, and on-the-job learning experience
  • Collaborating with the broader sales support team; Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Sales Support Teams, and fellow team members to develop, update, revise training resources to achieve strategic initiatives
  • Leading the continuous improvement and engagement of our training resources to ensure knowledge gaps are closed, and the desired business results are realized
  • Analysis and recommendation of training solutions that align with organizational initiatives, business needs, and outcomes that focuses on the learner’s progress
  • Supporting workplace performance, coaching, mentoring, and enabling social and collaborative learning experiences for all levels of the organization
  • Creating exciting, engaging, interactive, unique and varied learning experiences
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving


What It Takes:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of experience in a sales training role
  • B2B sales experience is an asset
  • Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles, industry design and evaluation strategies
  • Certifications in adult learning or instructional design - is a plus / or relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms, digital content creation, delivering learning virtually and in-person, and creating a positive blended learning experience for learners
  • Self-starter, can work autonomously, strong team player
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • In-depth knowledge for Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
