The Opportunity:
As a Solutions Consultant, you are responsible for securing technical wins, evangelizing our solutions, and enabling our partners for success in their given markets. Teamwork and collaboration skills will serve you well, as will strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you must be familiar with a wide range of IT-related technologies and solutions. We value critical thinking, adaptability, and a positive mental attitude. Our team focuses on driving and maintaining revenue, and you will be working closely alongside the sales teams.

You will establish the sales support requirements for current and prospective customers and partners in this role and will work with Partners, Customers and Sales counterparts to ensure that our systems and solutions meet and exceed customer requirements.
A Solutions Consultant will provide quick and thorough responses to customer requests, demonstrate system features, configuration options and functionality that satisfy business needs. Additionally, the Solutions Consultant will direct projects, display technical leadership and problem-solving while serving as a technical resource for long-range planning.
You Are Great At:
• Understand the Carbonite and Webroot solutions and be able to present demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of each and be able to identify use cases that are addressed by the whole portfolio.
• Become a subject matter expert in our Data Security and Data Protection product sets. You will receive training and mentorship that will allow you to master these specific solutions.
• Lead technical sales presentations and demonstrations with partners and customers.
• Work with a high level of autonomy in conjunction with your designated sales team.
• Gather customer requirements and feedback, work with peers and product management collaboratively.
• Excellent time management, organization and troubleshooting skills.
• Attend marketing, sales and customer events in your region.
• Up to 30% domestic travel will be required.

A Solutions Consultant must display the following skills and attributes:

o Able to make decisions within defined parameters and can impact schedules and deliverables of the project/function.

o Solves problems pertaining to project deliverables and require the analysis of several factors.

o Has specific expertise required for the job and applies that expertise to key project / function deliverables. Has some relevant experience.
• Demonstrable Skills
o A rounded understanding of the IT landscape.
o High level presentation skills with some training or public speaking experience.
o Understanding of network technologies and topologies, protocols.
o Conceptual understanding of encryption and data security techniques.
o Understanding of virtualization (e.g., Hypervisors and Cloud platforms like AWS and GCP)
o Understanding of SaaS services (e.g., Microsoft Office365)
o Basic understanding of Programming and scripting tools
• Interaction
o Interactions are usually with project or functional team members. Contacts outside of the project / function are typically with peers, are specific in nature. Effectively interacts to achieve cooperation.
• Knowledge
o Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.
o Experience: 2-5 years of experience, some of which is relevant to the job.
For Colorado residents, this job is expected to pay in the range of $95,000 to $180,000 in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
