Dans le cadre de la fonction Total Rewards d'OpenText et relevant directement de Global Payroll, ce rôle assistera directement le responsable des programmes d'options d'achat d'actions et d'ESPP dans l'administration de nos programmes mondiaux d'actions et d'achat d'actions pour les employés (ESPP).

L'administration de la paie et des stocks OpenText fait partie d'un environnement financier en évolution rapide où l'administration et les contrôles liés à ces programmes doivent être précis, opportuns et capables de s'adapter à des niveaux croissants de participation. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre partenaire tiers d'administration des actions, Shareworks, et leur plateforme d'actions,

Vous êtes doué pour :

•    S'assurer que la base de données est exacte et à jour pour l'enregistrement de tous les programmes d'actions en cours (RSU, PSU, Options et ESPP), en téléchargeant les nouveaux participants et les licenciements, comme prévu par les RH et la rémunération globale.
•    Assurez-vous des rapports sur les actions mondiales et de la conformité aux exigences fiscales et réglementaires internationales grâce à l'utilisation de Shareworks Global Compliance.
•    Utilisez la plate-forme Shareworks pour vous assurer que toutes les transactions liées aux plans d'actionnariat (octrois, exercices, cessions, etc.) sont correctement traitées en temps opportun. Assister le gestionnaire dans la génération et les rapprochements des rapports mensuels et trimestriels aux parties prenantes internes et externes (y compris les rapports au conseil d'administration)
•    Travailler avec les responsables régionaux de la paie mondiale dans l'administration des offres ESPP trimestrielles et des étapes procédurales connexes (par exemple, les retenues sur salaire, la fiscalité, la surveillance des limites de participation, les remboursements, etc., comme défini dans nos plans de programme d'actions)
•    Répondre aux questions des employés concernant leur équité
•    Aider le vice-président, Rémunération, à élaborer des programmes d'éducation sur l'équité mondiale

Ce qu'il faut:

•    2 à 5 ans d'expérience progressive en gestion d'actions dans une entreprise publique mondiale.
•    Une expérience de travail avec Morgan Stanley Shareworks est un plus.
•    Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier d'Excel (vlookup) en raison d'importants volumes de données
•    Expérience de l'administration et du fonctionnement financier des programmes de rémunération variable mentionnés ci-dessus
•    Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante, ainsi qu'avec des équipes et des parties prenantes interfonctionnelles dans un environnement en évolution rapide
•    Expérience préalable dans l'administration d'un plan d'actionnariat préférée
•    Expérience en comptabilité/finance de préférence


The Opportunity:

As part of OpenText’s Total Rewards function and directly reporting into Global Payroll, this role will directly assist the Manager, Stock Options and ESPP Programs in the administration of our global stock Equity and Employee Stock Purchase (ESPP) programs. 

OpenText Payroll and Stock Administration are part of a fast-paced financial environment where the administration and controls related to these programs need to be accurate, timely, and the ability to scale to increasing levels of participation. You will work closely with our 3rd party stock administration partner, Shareworks, and their stock equity platform,


You are Great At:

•    Ensuring the database is accurate and current for the recording of all ongoing stock equity programs (RSU’s, PSU’s, Options and ESPP), uploading new participants and terminations as provided by HR and Global Compensation. 
•    Ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements through the use of Shareworks Global Compliance.
•    Use the Shareworks platform to ensure all equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, dispositions, etc.) are correctly processed in a timely manner. Assist the Manager in the generation and reconciliations of monthly, quarterly reporting to internal and external stakeholders (including board reporting)
•    Work with the regional global payroll managers in the administration of quarterly ESPP offerings and related procedural steps (e.g., payroll deductions, taxation, monitoring participation limits, refunds) etc as defined in our Stock Equity Program plans) 
•    Respond to questions from employees regarding their equity 
•    Assist VP, Compensation in developing global equity education programs


What It Takes:

•    2-5 years of progressive stock administration experience in a global public company. 
•    Experience working with Morgan Stanley Shareworks is a plus.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (vlookup) due to large volumes of data
•    Experience with the administration of and financial workings of variable compensation programs highlighted above
•    Ability to work with independently, as well as with cross-function teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
•    Prior experience with stock plan administration preferred
•    Accounting / finance background preferred
