The Opportunity:
This position is an excellent opportunity to increase your customer management skills and learn more about application security and begin or continue a career path towards both. 

 

You are great at: 
•    Establish customer satisfaction by providing timely response and resolution to contacts made to the Service Desk from different support channels.
•    Ensures that contacts are logged with complete information into the ticketing tool and assigned with appropriate category and priority.
•    Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) through the effective use of the Internal and/or External knowledge base
•    Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant policies in order to provide accurate solutions to tenants.
•    Identify the appropriate resources, testing proposed fixes and following up to ensure the problem has been resolved.
•    Can work at night, weekends and public holidays.

 

What it takes:  
•    3 - 5 years of technical experience and a Bachelor of science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, two additional years of relevant professional experience (5-7 years in total).
•    Has decent knowledge in application security. 
•    Has knowledge in CI/CD (continuous integration/ continuous delivery) such as Jenkins etc
•    Has knowledge in development tools such as Visual Studio, IntelliJ, Eclipse etc
